All items are shipped from NSW, Australia.

PLEASE NOTE:

**Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, Australia Post may take 1-2 weeks longer than usual to deliver your order after we have dispatched it. Australia Post delivery times are out of our hands once it has been despatched**

All ready to ship items will be posted within 2 business days. 

Bibs will be posted within 2-5 business days.

Made to order items will be posted within 1-3 weeks.

Some items may be preorder only. Please see individual item description for production time.

Postage within Australia is set at a flat rate of $9.95 and includes tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your item has been posted.

All Australian orders $99 and over have free tracked shipping.

Express Post is also available for $12.95 on all orders. Please note that selecting express post does not quicken production time.

Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $20.

Shipping to the United States is $35.

**Please allow up to 12 weeks for international orders to arrive due to Covid-19 restrictions. The buyer is responsible for all taxes and customs fees applicable to your particular country. **

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Item doesn't fit? No worries! Returns for change of mind are accepted. The product must be unworn or unused, in it's original condition with tags attached. You must return the item within 14 days and you will be responsible for return postage

To complete your return, please email contact@lullabyriot.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not return anything until you have heard back from us.
